Q3: Can you customize and provide samples?

Yes, we provide customized services and samples for our customers and charge a reasonable sample fee, which can be refunded when placing a bulk order next time. The transportation of the samples shall be borne by your side.

Q4: What should I do if I encounter problems during installation?

We will provide detailed installation videos for each type of shelf. If necessary, we can also do it by phone, in person or via video.
